Payment

Payment can be made securely by credit card through Jane app or by e-transfer sent to jvmcounselling@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Half of the session fee will be charged for late cancellations and missed appointments.

Insurance

Psychological services are often covered by extended health insurance plans. Check with your insurance provider to see if you are covered. I do not offer direct billing with any insurance companies at this time. I will issue you a receipt after each session that you can use to be reimbursed by your insurance company.
